1. Services Provided

ARTH Medical Centre provides in-centre and home-based diagnostic laboratory services including blood tests, urine analysis, health checkups, and related diagnostic services. Our services are intended to support clinical diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Appointment & Booking

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Centre.
• Patients must arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
• For home collection, the service is available within a 5 km radius of the Centre.
• The Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to operational requirements, with prior notice wherever possible.
• Declared holidays will result in automatic rescheduling of affected bookings.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking.
• Follow pre-test instructions (fasting requirements, medication disclosures, etc.) as advised.
• Present valid identification at the time of sample collection.
• Ensure someone is present at the provided address during the scheduled home collection window.
• Inform the Centre of any known allergies or medical conditions that may affect sample collection.

4. Reports & Results

Diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified laboratory professionals. Reports are made available digitally and/or in print as agreed at the time of booking. The Centre is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control (e.g., reference laboratory processing times for specialised tests). Report interpretation should be done by a qualified medical professional.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or sample collection. The Centre accepts cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARTH Medical Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on our reports — those remain the responsibility of the treating physician.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ARTH Medical Centre and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karwar, Karnataka.
